Clinical Business Analyst Oncology - Remote

Elevate oncology practices with the Government of New Brunswick as a Senior Clinical Business Analyst. This full-time remote role emphasizes oncology-focused analysis and system implementation. As a key member of the Provincial Clinical Information Solution (CIS) team, you will lead initiatives to standardize oncology workflows across New Brunswick. Your expertise in clinical informatics, healthcare operations, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations will be vital in collaborating with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to enhance clinical documentation and processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document oncology-related clinical and system requirements
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders on clinical workflows
• Analyze and design detailed functional specifications
• Develop comprehensive business analysis documentation
• Support clinical content implementation within the CIS

Requirements:

• University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or IT
• Minimum 5 years in oncology clinical business analysis
• 5+ years in large-scale EHR/CIS operations
• Experience with oncology CIS implementations
• Strong communication skills in French and English
