Loyalty Assistant

Loyalty Assistant The Part-time Loyalty Assistant will work 20 hours per week Monday to Friday, completing administrative duties associated with the Coast Rewards & gift card programs. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Coast Rewards redemptions, as well as supporting communication on our company intranet regarding the Coast Rewards program. Schedule can be flexible, but must be able to work weekdays for 20 hours per week. Responsibilities:

• Processes and fulfills Coast Rewards redemptions on a weekly basis, including:
• Confirming applicability of redemptions
• Drafting and sending communication to Coast Rewards members, using templates
• Communications on mycoasthotels.com, employee intranet
• Posts communications developed by the Loyalty Manager, as directed
• Identifies opportunities for clarification on processes or updates to policies
• Assists in the administrative functions of the Coast Hotels Meeting Planner program
• Processing of applications for new Meeting Planners
• Awarding points associated with meetings & events as part of the Meeting Planner program
• Other administrative duties as required

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• Secondary school diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word
• Knowledge and experience in tourism or the hotel sector preferred
• Familiarity with loyalty programs desired
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong grammar and spelling
• Ability to take direction and complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize workload
• Self-motivated, team player with demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, multi-functional team environment
• Not content with the status quo; driven to create positive change and growth
