Project Manager Process Improvement

Lead firm-wide projects and process improvement for McLennan Ross in Edmonton or Calgary, using project management and business analysis skills. Help establish accountable ways of working.As the firm's first Project Manager and Process Analyst, you will introduce a practical project management framework and examine how work gets done. You will manage initiatives from scoping through adoption while supporting sponsors and business outcomes. The work includes requirements gathering, process mapping, technology adoption and clear decision support.Key Responsibilities:
Introduce intake, charters, governance and status reporting practicesManage scope, risks, budgets and competing departmental prioritiesDocument workflows and identify delays, duplication and manual stepsDesign process improvements and measure proven resultsPrepare briefings, recommendations and status updatesRequirements:
Five to eight years in project management, analysis or improvementDelivered projects and process changes with measurable resultsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft 365 and Visio knowledgePractical interest in AI and real workflowsBring project delivery, process analysis and stakeholder influence to McLennan Ross while shaping firm-wide standards and adoption.
