Job Description
FLINT is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators with experience in forestry, mining, quarrying, utilities, heavy civil construction, and transportation industries . If you take pride in operating equipment safely, efficiently, and productively, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment in support of construction, earthworks, maintenance, and industrial projects.
- Perform equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
- Work closely with supervisors and crew members to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a strong commitment to FLINT's safety culture and operational excellence.
- Support site activities while adapting to changing project requirements and conditions.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating one or more pieces of heavy equipment, including:
- Dozers
- Excavators
- Graders
- Articulated Trucks
- Loaders
- Rock Trucks
- Other heavy construction and earthmoving equipment
- Strong understanding of safe operating practices and equipment maintenance requirements.
- Ability to work in industrial, construction, civil, mining, or maintenance environments.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to meet site access requirements.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
