Shape the future of AI datacenters as a Liquid Cooling Architect at Tenstorrent. Design next-generation cooling solutions for large-scale AI training and inference clusters, collaborating with diverse engineering teams. Tenstorrent, innovating within AI technology, seeks a seasoned Liquid Cooling Architect to define and architect cutting-edge cooling infrastructures. Candidates should bring 10+ years of experience in datacenter thermal design and a proven track record in liquid cooling system design, including expertise in both single-phase and two-phase systems. Collaboration with mechanical and software engineering teams will be essential to fulfill our commitment to solving challenging problems. Key Responsibilities:
- Design chassis- and rack-scale liquid cooling solutions
- Develop CDU integration and telemetry for systems
- Implement leak detection protocols and resilient controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal results
- Enhance AI architectures for internal and external deployments
- 10+ years in datacenter thermal design
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE thermal guidelines
- Proven experience with single-phase cooling systems
- Familiarity with fluid testing and compatibility
- Expertise in sensor integration and monitoring systems
