Strategic Territory Representative Focused on Northeast Dealer Networks

Step into the role of Partner Territory Representative, shaping dealer networks in the Northeast. Execute strategic planning and dealer enablement to foster sustainable growth within your territory. As a vital resource in your region, you will manage the performance of the Northeast territory, which includes Quebec and maritime Provinces. Your focus will be on recruiting dealers and ensuring they are well-supported in their journey to reach higher partnership tiers. Effective planning and communication will enhance dealer engagement and program execution. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee performance and coverage of assigned territory
Build and implement comprehensive territory plans
Identify and recruit new dealers that fit the Ideal Partner Profile
Provide ongoing support and coaching to dealers
Monitor and report on dealer performance metrics

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in channel sales or territory management
Familiarity with independent dealers or franchise models
Proven planning and organizational skills
Strong communicator with influencing abilities
Capable of coaching effectively without authority
