SAP BPC Support Lead at Madiba

• Own and prioritize the Cherwell support queue effectively
• Manage offshore support team’s daily tasks and quality
• Deliver regular status reports to management and stakeholders
• Lead root cause analysis for incidents in production
• Coordinate change delivery across development and testing environments

Requirements:

• Proven experience with BPC Standard in production support
• SAP BW proficiency in ADSOs and DataSources
• Strong experience in managing offshore teams
• Familiarity with EPM Excel Add-in and troubleshooting
• Experience in month-end close cycle support
