Product Development Manager in Food Industry

- Direct product innovation and formulation for hard cheese
- Supervise multiple R&D projects with clear goals
- Lead research trials and analyze results effectively
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams
- Identify cost-saving and operational efficiency opportunities
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- At least 10 years in food or dairy manufacturing
- Proven R&D product development experience
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
