As an Assistant Cook to will assist the Cook and you can craft your skills and gain experience working in a fast-paced, structured environment. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output
• Function as part of a team, with a focus on communication
• Ensure company food and plating specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols
• Uphold cleanliness of workstation
• Support in all areas of the kitchen

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant considered to be an asset
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Energetic and positive
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Possess basic food handling and preparation knowledge
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
