Apparel Sample Maker

Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Apparel Sample Maker. Responsibilities include constructing and sewing top-quality samples using a straight-needle sewing machine; supporting and assisting in small lot cutting as needed; following verbal and written instructions from a tech package on how to construct garments; working closely with Technical Design and providing positive input and suggestions to improve sewing productivity and product quality.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- Proficiency in the use of straight-needle sewing machine
- Ability to follow verbal instructions in English and read and follow written instructions in English
- Experience cutting and sewing garments
Preferred
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficiency in the use of buttonhole and hemming machinery
