Listing Coordinator (Administrative Assistant)

We're looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to take the reins as our Listing Coordinator. This isn't background work. What You'll Do:

As our Listing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in preparing homes for market. You'll keep everything (and everyone) on track so our listings go live without a hitch:

• Manage the logistics of new listings — scheduling photographers, coordinating vendors, and tracking timelines
• Serve as the go-between for clients, advisors, and marketing — ensuring every detail is handled with care
• Input and update listings with precision across multiple platforms
• Own the checklist — and never let a detail slip through the cracks
• Collaborate with our Listing Agent and Marketing Coordinator to deliver top-tier property marketing
