Job Description

Mandate Overview:

• The client is looking for a skills development resource tosupport the discipline Lead for the first release of the APART initiative. Therole covers the full cycle: getting up to speed on the new solution andprocesses, analyzing the needs of affected client groups, designing courses andlearning paths, producing material, assessing learning and providingpost-training follow-up. The person works with business experts and POs tovalidate content accuracy before release. The tools component is explicit, withintegration into authoring tools and use of Microsoft 365, including Copilot,in content production. The mandate is part of the release's change managementeffort, without the person owning its strategy.
  
• Target candidate: a skills development advisor whohas already designed and produced training paths for a new systemimplementation, from needs analysis to integration in authoring tools. Theperson shows documented adult learning and educational technology practice, andproduces their own material using Articulate and the Microsoft 365 suite,Copilot included.
  

Requirements

Required:

• Skills development needs analysis and learning strategyrecommendations
  
• Design of courses, paths and programs, storyboards andinstructional design documents (andragogy, educational technology)
  
• Production of learning material and integration in authoringtools
  
• Learning assessment, meeting and workshop facilitation,post-training follow-up
  
• Microsoft 365 suite including Copilot, applied to contentdesign and production
  
• Articulate suite (Rise and Storyline)
  
• Copilot Premium and Clipchamp
  
• Experience in a project context
