Subcontracts Manager for Naval Projects

Join a leading marine client in Victoria, BC as a Subcontracts Manager. Oversee the entire subcontract lifecycle, from RFP development to performance management. We are in search of a Subcontracts Manager with 4-8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and contract administration. This role demands strong knowledge of contract management and supplier relationship management while balancing cost, schedule, and quality standards. You will work closely with both suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve project success. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end subcontracting processes
• Develop RFPs and evaluate potential suppliers
• Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements
• Liaise between internal teams and external suppliers
