Assistant Superintendent for KSM Project

Support construction efforts as an Assistant Superintendent with Maple Reinders for the KSM Press pit project in Shelburne, Ontario. Your leadership will ensure site coordination and project success. This role is vital in assisting the Superintendent with site management across various construction phases. You'll engage with subcontractors and oversee their work to maintain project timelines and budgets. Ideal candidates should demonstrate previous experience in directing construction teams, particularly within ICI buildings or civil projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and coordinating subcontractor activities
• Communicate project scope clearly to trades involved
• Develop and implement effective project work plans
• Support the Superintendent in daily site operations
• Travel as necessary to ensure project oversight

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year experience in construction supervision
• Post-secondary education or CET equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
• Flexible availability for site travel
• Strong understanding of ICI and civil construction
