Solutions Engineer for Gatekeeper's AI Platform

Join Gatekeeper to empower compliance-driven organizations as a Solutions Engineer specializing in customer success. This fully remote role allows you to help clients leverage innovative AI features effectively. In this position, you will be entrusted to guide customers through their journey with Gatekeeper's AI-driven platform, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption phases. Your role will encompass technical support, workflow optimization, and relationship building, all while receiving support from a Senior Solutions Engineer. Focus on maximizing value and tracking success metrics will be essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical contact for customer accounts
- Oversee phased implementation and support customer growth
- Manage daily technical requests and configuration updates
- Collaborate with customers to optimize their workflows
- Provide technical support and document crucial interactions
- 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role
- Passionate about helping clients succeed with SaaS
- Experience in driving successful software implementations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excited to learn about AI advancements
