Reporting to the Lead of Physical Plant Services, this role requires two years of prior maintenance experience in areas like HVAC and plumbing. You will utilize your 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate and extensive knowledge of equipment to evaluate and implement effective action plans for plant operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of building medical systems
• Exercise independent judgment in work prioritization
• Analyze and interpret different technical manuals
• Operate diverse mechanical and yard equipment
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards

Requirements:

• Must hold a 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate
• At least two years of relevant maintenance experience
• Class 5 driver’s license with insurance required
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under varying environmental conditions
