Cybersecurity Bdr Team Manager

Lead business development for CYGNVS, applying cybersecurity-market knowledge, sales coaching, and pipeline discipline from Toronto’s hybrid office.This manager will develop the company’s first BDR team and support CYGNVS’s cyber and AI incident-response market. The work spans Marketing and Sales, balancing marketing-sourced and prospecting-sourced pipeline. Success requires translating activity, conversion, meeting, and event data into focused team improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily coaching, call reviews, email reviews, and one-on-onesPartner with Marketing on lead flow, scoring, and SLAsAlign outbound prospecting with Sales and the ICPManage CRM and sales-engagement data hygieneImprove event recruiting, execution, follow-up, and ROIRequirements:
Eight or more years of professional experienceTwo to four years managing BDR, SDR, or MDR teamsStrong understanding of fundamental BDR operating metricsAbility to diagnose conversion and activity performanceSecurity or cybersecurity sales experience is preferredBring coaching, cybersecurity-market perspective, and measurable pipeline management to CYGNVS’s Toronto-based BDR leadership team.
