Responsibilities include implementing quality measures and managing vendor relations to maintain smooth operation flows. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with insurers for customer claims processing
- Enforce quality control standards for repairs
- Manage inventory and initiate part orders
- Hire and support auto body technicians and staff members
- Analyze reports to discover cost-saving opportunities
- Minimum 5 years in a management role
- Familiarity with Bodyshop Connect is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to enhance customer service
