  • Coordinate with insurers for customer claims processing
  • Enforce quality control standards for repairs
  • Manage inventory and initiate part orders
  • Hire and support auto body technicians and staff members
  • Analyze reports to discover cost-saving opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in a management role
  • Familiarity with Bodyshop Connect is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
