The position

The Shipping Specialist is responsible for picking and packing our amazing natural products and sending them out to our Rocky fans nationwide. 

This is a full-time permanent position working five days per week Monday through Saturday, from 8:00am - 4:00pm at our Workshop in Canmore, Alberta. The specific days worked will vary within this schedule. 

What you'll be doing

• Review orders received from our sales channels (E-Commerce, Retail, Strategic Partnerships)
• Pick product orders from inventory ensuring accuracy
• Pack orders according to Rocky standards
• Ship orders and process online via UPS/Canada Post
• Manage inventory control system
• Clean and maintain work station

Does this sound like you?

• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, self-starter
• Intermediate written and spoken English skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of handling physical work, including: bending, pushing, pulling, standing and lifting weight up to 50lbs (23kg) repetitively 
• Ability to work in a highly scented environment
