We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Lethbridge team. This isn’t strictly an inbound sales role. While approximately 75% of your time will focus on Inside Sales and customer support, about 25% will be dedicated to proactive prospecting and business development, creating new relationships and building your own book of business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
• Prepare quotes, pricing and sales orders while providing knowledgeable product support.
• Support showroom customers and help identify the right solutions for their projects.
• Proactively prospect for new business through outbound calls, emails, networking and lead follow-up.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and develop your own book of business over time.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, trade professionals and other potential customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotes and existing opportunities to help move business forward.
• Work closely with the Outside Sales team to support regional sales growth.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and order information in company systems.
• Provide proactive after-sales support and help resolve customer questions or concerns.

• Previous sales experience with a combination of customer service and business development.
• Confidence making outbound calls and approaching prospective customers.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach - you’re comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, leads and priorities.
• Comfortable learning technical products, quoting processes and sales systems.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Construction, building materials, windows and doors, or related industry experience is an asset, not a requirement. We’re willing to train the right salesperson.
