Restaurant Floor Manager

Job Responsibility:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Train, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house staff to deliver top-notch customer service
• Manage the dining space and ensure it is organized, clean, and inviting at all times
• Interact with guests, addressing any concerns and ensuring a memorable dining experience
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and timely delivery
• Enforce health and safety standards to guarantee a safe dining environment
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Work closely with the management team to achieve business goals and targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or in a similar supervisory role
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality is a plus
• This position is paid hourly based on experience
• Professional demeanor

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
