Seeking long term nanny for 3 children (all under 5) in Varsity area - must have drivers license

My husband and I are seeking a live-out nanny to take care of our three children when I return to work in September after my mat leave. Our daughter is 4 years old. She is strong willed, tenacious and very silly. She loves to play make believe games and be 'the boss'. She also enjoys reading, learning and doing crafts. Our middle child will be 3 in August. He is our little athlete but he's also very sensitive and sweet natured. He loves to run and play with his big sister. Our baby is 6 months old and he is a very happy baby. He is adored by both of his older siblings and likes being included in their games. He's very relaxed and is just happy to be along for the ride with the other two! We also have two large dogs in the home as well, which the successful applicant must be comfortable with. We are looking for someone who is reliable, energetic and patient, to play with and care for our children. The successful candidate will also be willing and able to communicate well with my husband and I about the kids day, and in particular, any challenges or concerns so that we can manage those issues together. We also need help keeping our house clean. My husband and I both have demanding jobs and we are terrible housekeepers -- in other words we need some taking care of as well! Ideally we'd like someone who is looking for a long term commitment. (5 years or more). We want consistency and predictability for our kids while they are so young. The schedule can be a bit flexible. My husband's schedule changes from week to week and he often picks up extra shifts which may come up on short notice. We will offer 26-30 hours per week minimum although some weeks we may request/offer more. We need someone who is available on Monday and Tuesday and on alternating Fridays in the afternoon/evening. Outside of those fixed/required hours, the rest of the hours can be scheduled as negotiated between us on a weekly basis. (Full-Time, Live-Out) For morning, day, evening
