Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from individuals seeking information about available programs
Provide clear explanations of services and coverage options
Assist with questions related to enrollment and eligibility
Maintain familiarity with current offerings and program updates
Document interactions and maintain accurate records
Review available options with clients to ensure they understand their benefits
Qualifications
Background in customer service, sales, or a people-focused role preferred
Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and staying organized
Positive attitude and ability to build trust with clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills
