FirstService Residential is seeking an Experienced Strata Manager to lead property management initiatives for diverse strata communities. Utilize your skills in a dynamic environment while supporting property excellence. Reporting to Regional Directors, this role encompasses providing management services to a wide range of strata properties. You will conduct inspections, supervise contractors, and ensure effective financial management alongside essential administrative tasks. Strong experience and a customer-focused mindset are fundamental to succeed in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise councils on bylaws, Strata Property Act
- Conduct and chair evening governance meetings
- Supervise site staff and contract services
- Respond to building emergencies and insurance claims
- Oversee budget preparation and fee collection
- 2-3 years experience in residential strata management
- Current Representative License by BC Financial Services Authority
- Valid BC driver’s license and insured vehicle access
- Organizational skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced situations
