Senior Corporate Philanthropy Officer

Build corporate partnerships in Ottawa as a Senior Corporate Philanthropy Officer, using relationship management and strategic planning in a flexible hybrid environment.
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Philanthropy, you will independently manage significant corporate relationships for a healthcare-focused non-profit. Your work will encompass sponsorships, major gifts, proposals, negotiations, and revenue growth. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement support this work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow corporate donor and prospect portfolios
- Secure partnerships, sponsorships, and employee engagement initiatives
- Lead negotiations, proposals, and partnership agreements
- Build relationships with senior corporate decision-makers
- Monitor pipelines, CRM records, and revenue forecasts
Requirements:
- Progressive corporate fundraising or partnership experience
- Demonstrated success generating revenue through corporate relationships
- Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- CRM, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting experience
