Medicine Hat College is welcoming applications for a full-time, temporary Student Recruitment Assistant (Administrative Assistant II). This position is an essential part of our Recruitment team, supporting both domestic and international prospective students.
A little about the role:
Reporting to the Coordinator of Admissions & Recruitment, the primary areas of responsibility for this position are to provide support in the administration, online engagement, facilitation of events and activities, and data preparation/lead management for the Domestic and International Recruitment offices.

As a successful applicant you'll have:
- Administrative Office Professional or Information Technology Certificate.
- Two years office experience.
- An equivalent combination of related education and experience will be considered.
- Skilled in general administrative duties in a post-secondary environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide front-line service.
- Knowledge of post-secondary procedures.
- Considerable attention to detail is required.
Terms of Employment
Term of Employment: July 29, 2024 to August 15, 2025
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Rate of Pay: $23.55 per hour (Start Rate); $26.77 per hour (Job Rate)
