In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll head a dynamic technology group responsible for the Brodie app, used by over 50,000 athletes. Your key responsibilities include assessing the current tech landscape, enhancing security, and spearheading hands-on engineering initiatives. With a focus on product management, you’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and executive team to develop a clear technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities: - Assess existing infrastructure and codebase within 90 days - Lead hands-on engineering efforts, writing code and reviewing pull requests - Set product development priorities with executive leadership - Build reliable and secure technology for athlete engagement - Represent technology on the executive leadership team
Requirements: - 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership - Strong background in application and cloud security - Hands-on coding experience in mobile and backend services - Proven track record of team building and scaling - Excellent communicator for non-technical stakeholders
