What will your typical day look like?

 

The Payroll Support, will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the North American (Canada and US) Payroll as well as Global Mobility functions. The role is responsible for payroll data entry, monitoring payroll integrations, managing payroll-related requests, supporting time and attendance administration, and coordinating a variety of payroll and mobility activities. The incumbent ensures the timely and accurate completion of administrative processes while delivering excellent customer service, maintaining data integrity, and supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

You are someone who has these skills, experience & qualifications:

 

• Minimum two (2) years of payroll, HR administration, finance administration, or related experience.
• Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken, is required to support employees and stakeholders across Canada and US.
• College diploma (DEC) in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with administrative processes in a high-volume environment.
• Strong customer service experience and stakeholder support skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience managing confidential employee information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated accountability, reliability, and initiative.
• Familiarity with Workday, Workforce Software, ServiceNow, or similar platforms or related software and applications.

 

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

 

• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation or enrollment in the National Payroll Institute program is considered an asset.
• Experience supporting payroll administration activities.
• Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
• Familiarity with Workday, Workforce Software, ServiceNow, or similar HR/payroll systems.
• Exposure to mobility, expatriate, or global payroll processes.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and payroll administration practices.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $77,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
