- Enforce compliance with visual, cash, and inventory standards
- Lead and coach team members towards peak performance
- Implement and monitor effective staffing and scheduling
- Drive eCommerce order fulfillment and customer loyalty initiatives
- Conduct in-depth training sessions and appraisals
- Minimum 3-5 years in retail management
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proven capability in team training and development
- High energy and enthusiasm for retail
- Basic computer proficiency is a must
