Are you a skilled bartender who thrives in high-volume, high-energy environments? Join our team at Shark Club during the FIFA World Cup and be at the center of the action.
We’re looking for experienced bartenders who can handle intense service periods, maintain consistency under pressure, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced sports bar setting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
- Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits
- Manage high-volume bar service while staying organized and efficient
- Engage with guests in a professional, energetic manner
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol
- Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven bartending experience in high-volume bars, nightclubs, or restaurants
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, crowded environments
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset
- Valid Serving It Right certification
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and match days
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, draft systems, and bar operations
- Comfortable working long, high-intensity shifts
