Job Responsibility:
## OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, medical offices, assisted living facilities, and home care. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Epic software is preferred.
## Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans- Manage chronic conditions and acute illnesses- Conduct physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management- Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and injections- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems
-Well Trained in Modern Menopause Consultation to the clients
## Qualifications- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the respective specialty area- Experience in case management, pain management, dementia care, and acute care is desirable- Proficiency in using Epic or similar EHR systems- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
