*Job Summary* We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business operations, reporting, and process improvement. The successful candidate will work with internal teams to analyze information, identify operational needs, and help improve day-to-day business processes. *Key Responsibilities & Requirements:** Analyze business processes, operational data, and internal workflows
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documentation
* Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
* Gather and document business requirements
* Assist with project planning and operational initiatives
* Maintain accurate records and support regular reporting
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general office software
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Previous business analysis or administrative experience is an asset Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
