Own HVAC search strategy remotely for Blacksmith Agency, using technical SEO and AI search expertise across Canada, South Africa, or the USA. Shape rankings, content, and client direction.
As an SEO Manager, HVAC, you lead search for multi-location HVAC and home service groups. You set technical roadmaps, keyword strategies, content priorities, and reporting. Your work spans classic organic results, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical SEO across HVAC client websites
- Manage crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
- Set keyword strategies and content priorities
- Improve visibility across organic and AI search
- Report through GA4, Search Console, and quarterly roadmaps
Requirements:
- Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and making technical fixes
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
