Senior Technical Enablement Team Lead

Lead technical enablement and architectural runway delivery in Gatineau, Quebec, using systems architecture, Agile practices, and cross-functional technical leadership.EmergiTEL seeks a Senior Enabler Team Lead for a six-month public-sector engagement via Fujitsu. This senior technical delivery role coordinates architecture, engineering, product, platform, security, integration, data, infrastructure, testing, operations, and delivery teams across complex transformation programs.Key Responsibilities:
Develop integrated technical enablement and architectural runway plansPrioritize enabler backlogs across technical teams and delivery workstreamsLead complex system design and architecture activitiesManage dependencies, technical debt, risks, and engineering trade-offsImprove CI/CD, automation, engineering practices, and solution sustainabilityRequirements:
10+ years in enterprise technology delivery or complex transformation5+ years in senior technical leadership or architecture3+ years using Agile or scaled Agile approachesExperience with enterprise systems, technical backlogs, and modern engineering practicesEligibility for Reliability Security Clearance and two project referencesBring systems architecture, technical enablement, Agile delivery, and enterprise transformation leadership to this Gatineau public-sector engagement.
