Our clinic offers a wide array of therapy services including physiotherapy, exercise therapy/kinesiology, psychology, occupational therapy, chiropractic services, and massage therapy. Our team includes therapists who specialize in acupuncture, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, advanced joint mobilization and manipulation, concussion and head trauma rehabilitation, and TMJ therapy. Our clinic is a multi-disciplinary centre that offers services to a diverse caseload of patients including comprehensive WCB and MVA-related treatment programming, Long Term Disability assessment and treatment, and work with veterans through PCVRS. We offer an integrative model of care that combines physical, psychological, and functional rehabilitation, utilizing a team-based approach based on the individuals needs of each client.

Your impact

As a Lifemark Registered Massage Therapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. A great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who seeks to understand what motivates our patients to guide how to personalize a plan of care to meet their needs. Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
• 1–2+ years of clinic experience (preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply!).
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

*Massage Therapists’ Association of Saskatchewan certification is considered a significant asset*
