• Coordinate materials, tasks, and schedules to keep projects moving smoothly

• Uphold Modern Niagara processes, safety culture, and quality standards

Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of sheet metal field crews
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and task sequencing
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Work closely with project managers and site partners to resolve issues
• Mentor and support team members to foster growth and development
• Ensure adherence to Modern Niagara procedures and project requirements

Must Haves

• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising sheet metal crews
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, teams, and priorities
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional conduct
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Haves

• Experience on large‑scale commercial or institutional projects
• Familiarity with Modern Niagara processes and systems
• Red Seal certification or equivalent trade credentials
