FP&A Manager

About the Company Our client is an engineering company. They are looking for a Manager FP&A who will be responsible for the development of planning and forecasting processes, models, preparation, and review of monthly results to senior management, contributing to growth strategies, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Opportunity to help build and improve controls/processes within Finance Opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership a Engage closely with business and functional leaders to gather key assumptions and data for planning, forecasting, and budgeting Responsible for the financial business partnering for the Technical Services area including reporting on key metrics Provide decision support for investment spending Continuous improvement and governance: a Accurate & timely updating of Dashboards, KPIs, Corporate Scorecard and monthly FP&A calendar Pursuing automation in all areas of finance to create a more robust, timely, accurate and consistent processes CPA, MBA or CFA; Technical Skillset: FP&A, management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, business planning, capital project support, resource planning, overhead rates, utilization/chargeability analysis, dashboards and financial business partnering Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
