Queens Harbour is the most booked restaurant in Toronto. 23,000 square feet. Three full service bars. Thousands of guests walking through our doors every single day on Toronto's waterfront.

A kitchen at this volume doesn't run on hope. It runs on leaders who hold the line when it matters most. We're looking for a Culinary Supervisor who can step onto any station, set the pace, and make sure every plate leaving the kitchen meets the standard, ticket after ticket, all night long.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who's already put in the time on the line and is ready to lead it. You know what a clean station looks like at hour six of a Saturday and you won't accept less. You teach without ego, correct without drama, and you're the person the team looks to when the tickets stack up. You see the gap before it becomes a problem and you close it yourself.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

• Running and overseeing stations across the line, grill, saute, fry, and garde manger
• Holding the team to recipe specs, portioning, yields, and plating standards, no exceptions
• Setting and checking par levels, and keeping prep on schedule
• Coaching cooks in real time during service and calling out fixes before they hit the pass
• Enforcing cleaning and closing checklists across every station
• Supporting proper receiving and storage of incoming orders
• Stepping in on any station when the kitchen needs it most
• Acting as a link between the kitchen and the chef, flagging issues early

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2 to 4 years in a high volume kitchen, with time already spent leading or training others
• Food Handler certification
• Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
• A standard for consistency that doesn't slip under pressure
• The ability to stay calm and sharp when the kitchen is slammed
