Operations Lead for Customer Care at Tonal

Drive operational excellence at Tonal in the Operations Lead role, focusing on Customer Care. Transform workflows, automate processes, and enhance customer experiences through effective strategies and innovation. As an Operations Lead, you will spearhead initiatives that enhance Tonal's Customer Care organization. This role requires expertise in operational efficiency, workflow design, and project management, focusing on transforming complex problems into scalable solutions. Your hands-on approach will involve working with stakeholders to drive comprehensive improvements across teams and customer journeys. Key Responsibilities:

Lead operational workstreams from definition to implementation
Identify and simplify manual processes for efficiency
Develop automations and enhance self-service tools
Collaborate with engineering to integrate systems
Document new processes and ensure adoption

Requirements:

3-5 years in customer or business operations
Experience in project management and technical collaboration
Knowledge of APIs, automation tools, and workflows
Strong analytical skills for operational data assessment
Excellent communication across technical and business teams
