Regional Pharmacy Operations Director

Lead regional pharmacy operations at Loblaw Companies Limited through operational expertise, pharmacy leadership, and regular travel across British Columbia. Build consistent performance across pharmacy teams.The Director, Pharmacy Operations Region oversees pharmacies within an assigned region. This leadership role coaches, develops, and trains pharmacy teams while supporting safe, effective practice and exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration, labour management, talent development, financial review, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and sustain national pharmacy standards and processesPlan weekly pharmacy store visits around business prioritiesReview labour projections and task management with Pharmacy ManagersExecute initiatives, identify gaps, and report program updatesPromote patient care services and follow up on medication incidentsRequirements:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalentThree to seven years of progressive management experienceOperational experience, preferably across multi-unit locationsStrong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and people management skillsRegular travel, often requiring overnight staysApply regional pharmacy operations leadership, coaching, compliance, and business insight to support Loblaw pharmacies across British Columbia.
