Internal Sales Representative

Customer satisfaction is your top priority. We need your customer service skills to join our sales team! Your main responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound sales activities, developing assigned customer accounts, qualifying leads, and providing responsive sales and technical support. On a daily basis, you’ll work closely with several teams, including account managers, customer service, marketing, operations, supply chain, and technical support. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts in the agricultural and industrial aftermarket, build trusting relationships, and work toward customer retention and sales growth goals
• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and conduct structured outbound call and email campaigns to develop existing accounts, reactivate inactive customers, and qualify new leads
• Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate products, parts, programs, and business solutions, in collaboration with technical and product specialists
• Prepare and follow up on bids, proposals, price quotes, and promotional offers
• Resolve common customer concerns professionally and escalate complex sales, technical, or service issues to the appropriate partner
• Maintain complete and up-to-date CRM records for accounts, contacts, activities, leads, opportunities, bids, next steps, and results

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role:

• An associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, agriculture, industrial technology, mechanical technology, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, account management, customer service, parts, or technical products
• Experience in the agricultural, industrial equipment, off-road, manufacturing, distribution, replacement parts, or other technical aftermarket sectors is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, identify needs, prepare proposals, address objections, and close sales over the phone and through digital channels
• High attention to detail and excellent follow-through in managing orders, pricing, and customer information
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft 365 applications, and digital communication platforms; experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus
• English required; French or other languages are considered assets depending on the assigned market
