Executive Communications Specialist Toronto

Shape executive communications through exceptional writing and strategic judgment at Intact, with a hybrid work model in Toronto or Montreal. Work closely with CEOs and senior leaders.As a Communications Specialist, you will report to the Director, Executive Communications. You will write for internal and external audiences, understand Intact’s strategy, and support executive storytelling. The work spans speeches, employee messages, briefing notes, videos, and communications plans.Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-impact written communications for CEOs and senior executivesDevelop speeches, messages, briefing notes, and other contentCreate concepts and scripts for executive videosDevelop communications plans elevating executive profilesMeasure project success using KPIs and other metricsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, writing, communications, or equivalent experienceMinimum eight years’ communications or journalism experienceExceptional writing skills across employee and investor audiencesConfidence, composure, judgment, and sensitivity with senior executivesAuthorization to work in Canada;
Quebec candidates require bilingualismBring executive writing, strategic understanding, and sound judgment to Intact’s Corporate Communications team in Toronto or Montreal.
