Join Protocase in Waterloo as an AI Engineer to create agentic workflows and automation systems that enhance business processes. Make a difference with your software engineering skills in a supportive environment.
This full-time role requires you to design and build applications that harness the power of large language models. You will be instrumental in crafting solutions that streamline operations and drive efficiency. Engage with diverse teams to identify high-value opportunities for automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design workflows that automate workflows with LLM integration
• Architect RAG pipelines for improved data processing
• Create and manage prompts for AI models
• Implement evaluation harnesses for testing and oversight
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related
• At least 3 years of software development experience
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks
• Solid programming skills in Python and modern languages
• Ability to derive technical solutions from business challenges
