SharePoint Specialists (Int.)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for SharePoint Specialists motivated to deliver on mandates. The main assignments would be to design, configure and maintain SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments, develop sites, libraries and workflows, manage permissions and document governance, support content migration and support business users

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and configure SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists and pages.

Develop workflows and automations (Power Automate, Power Apps).

Manage permissions, content security and document governance.

Carry out and support content migrations to SharePoint Online.

Provide advanced-level support, incident resolution and fixes.

Document information architectures, procedures and user guides.

Support and train business users and site owners.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

University degree in computer science, management or any related discipline.

Five (05) to ten (10) years of experience in information technology.

Three (03) to seven (07) years of experience as a SharePoint Specialist.

Experience with one of the following frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.

Hold one of the following certifications: MS-102, PL-900, PL-400, SC-400.

Hold one of the following certifications (an asset): MS-900, AZ-900, ITIL 4 Foundation.

Experience with one of the following tools: SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, JIRA.

Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.

Language: French and English
