This role offers exposure to every stage of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to employee support, training, HR administration, and Health & Safety.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate recruitment from job posting through onboarding.
  • Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks.
  • Prepare employment offers, onboarding packages, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems.
  • Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and employee communications.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Assist with Health & Safety administration, training records, compliance, and documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and support leaders with day-to-day HR matters.
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and company initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required

  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or a fast-paced administrative role with significant customer service responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.

Assets

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, or HR administration.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, or payroll systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, mining, transportation, construction, or service industries.
  • Knowledge of Canadian and/or U.S. employment legislation.

Who you are:

  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Highly organized and dependable.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Sales-minded and confident promoting career opportunities to candidates.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and collaborative.
  • Committed to delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits.
  • Professional development and learning opportunities.
  • Exposure to all areas of Human Resources.
  • Career growth within a growing international organization.
  • A collaborative team where your ideas are valued and your contributions make a difference.
  • Employee events, recognition programs, and a strong team culture.

Working Environment:

This is primarily an office-based role with regular interaction across our office, warehouse, manufacturing, and service shop operations. Occasional travel between local company locations may be required. Appropriate PPE must be worn when entering operational areas.

If you're looking for a role where you'll learn, contribute, and grow while helping build great teams, we'd love to hear from you.
