Associate Marketing Manager - GATORADE Innovation & Planning

Do you want to help shape the future of one of the world's most iconic brands? We're looking for a passionate Associate Marketing Manager to lead the growth of Gatorade's expanding portfolio. In this role, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies for Gatorade's sublines, helping attract new consumers, unlock new occasions, and extend the brand beyond traditional sports into the broader world of hydration.

As a driven leader, collaborator and strong brand marketer, you will be responsible for building consumer centric marketing programs, acting like an owner and ensuring strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager of GATORADE Strategy & Innovation.

Gatorade, a brand built at the intersection of science and sport, has fuelled athletes for over 60 years by delivering hydration and performance products grounded in research. Gatorade continues to evolve with the needs of modern athletes.

Total Compensation: $75,300 - $122,760

• Lead the development and execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns across Gatorade Sublines to acquire new consumers to the Gatorade Portfolio
• Foster collaborative working environment for a comprehensive agency team (Media, In-Store, Creative, PR) and lead the team to deliver impactful execution on time and on budget
• Support the Sr. Marketing Manager with the Long-Term Planning Cycle inclusive of Brand Growth Strategy, Innovation Pipeline & Business Reviews
• Partner with Sales Strategy, eComm, Field Marketing, Food Service and Shopper marketing to ensure strong customer pull-thru and executional excellence for all Powders programming
• Effectively lead and deliver against brand plans to meet key business targets (volume, gross sales, profitability, equity)
• Wire & collaborate with the US and Global groups as needed to ensure shared learning and strategic alignment

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Business degree preferred).
• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
• Proven track record of delivering results through best in class collaboration, consumer mindset, complex problem solving
• Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Demonstrates and champions innovative ideas that position the brand for leadership in the marketplace
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to partner effectively internally and externally to deliver results
• Business a savvy, opportunity seeking team player even when dealing with obstacles in a fast-paced environment
• Sports background is an asset (understanding of & history of playing competitive sports)
