Wealth Management Development Associate Role

Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management is looking for a Business Development Associate to support our advisor recruitment strategies. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates keen on business development, especially in the wealth management sector. You will identify and qualify potential Investment Advisors and help streamline the recruiting process with regional leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold and warm outreach to prospective Investment Advisors
Prepare email marketing campaigns to stimulate interest
Maintain an organized CRM database for prospects
Research market trends and potential candidates for targeted outreach
Schedule meetings between candidates and recruiting teams

Requirements:

1-3 years in telemarketing or sales roles
Knowledge of financial investment and wealth management
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Post-secondary degree in business or finance preferred
