Your responsibilities will include enhancing product reliability through methodologies like HALT, HASS, and fault tree analysis. Proficiency in Minitab or JMP is crucial, alongside a thorough understanding of DFMEA and reliability modeling techniques. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage reliability profiles for medical devices
- Conduct HALT and accelerated life testing procedures
- Implement DFMEA and perform fault tree studies
- Analyze reliability data using Weibull and lognormal models
- Design custom test fixtures for product verification
- 10+ years of experience in Medical Device reliability engineering
- Strong skills in Minitab or JMP required
- Familiarity with ISO standards and FDA regulations
- Knowledge of IEC compliance standards for medical devices
- Proficient in root cause analysis techniques
