Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial data to support leadership decisions
• Lead comprehensive planning and budget preparation
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial activities
• Develop proposals for current initiatives and process improvements
• Facilitate training on budgeting and financial systems

Requirements

• CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA designation
• 8+ years of senior accounting experience
• 2+ years supporting executive decision-making
• Proven leadership in budget processes over $20M
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
