Deine Substanz

Du hast erste eigene Software- oder Agentic-Coding-Projekte umgesetzt – im Studium, in einer Ausbildung, im Job oder einfach, weil du wissen wolltest, was möglich ist. Web-Anwendungen, interne Tools, APIs und Systemintegrationen sind für dich keine Fremdwörter und du willst deine Skills jetzt im echten Einsatz ausbauen. Du arbeitest strukturiert und reflektierst KI-generierten Code kritisch. Vor allem willst du schnell dazulernen, Verantwortung übernehmen und aus Feedback bessere Software machen.

Dein Trip

Du entwickelst mit Agentic Coding Softwarelösungen für unterschiedliche Bereiche der DocCheck Gruppe und wächst dabei Schritt für Schritt in die eigenständige Umsetzung hinein. Du übersetzt Anforderungen in konkrete Arbeitspakete, entwickelst Web-Anwendungen, interne Tools und Integrationen und prüfst deine Ergebnisse mit einem kritischen Blick auf Qualität, Daten und Berechtigungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit einer erfahrenen Fachperson in Basel sowie deinem Sparring aus Köln zusammen und holst dir genau dann Feedback, wenn es dich weiterbringt. Heute Junior, morgen immer mehr dein eigener Code-Trip.
